1. Description of Service 服务描述

Learn Chinese · Huaqiangbei Wholesale is a web-based progressive web application (PWA) that teaches Chinese language skills specifically for foreign buyers sourcing products in Huaqiangbei, Shenzhen. The Service includes phrase learning, pronunciation practice, Hanzi basics, vocabulary flashcards, and (for Pro subscribers) AI conversation practice and cloud sync.

本服务是一个基于 Web 的 PWA 应用，教授来华强北采购的外国买家中文表达技能。包括短语学习、跟读评分、汉字入门、生词卡，以及 Pro 会员的 AI 对话陪练和云端同步。

2. Accounts 账户

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• One account per person. Account sharing is prohibited for Pro subscriptions.

你必须年满 13 岁；负责密码保密；对账户下所有活动负责；注册时提供准确信息；一人一账户，Pro 订阅禁止共享。

3. Subscription and Billing 订阅与计费

3.1 Plans 套餐

We offer a Free plan and a Pro subscription plan (monthly or yearly). Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

提供免费版和 Pro 订阅（月付/年付）。当前价格见定价页。价格变更提前 30 天通知。

3.2 Billing 计费

• Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record.
• All prices are in USD (US Dollars). Your card may be charged in your local currency at your bank's exchange rate.
• You authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees.

Pro 订阅按周期（月/年）预付费。支付由 Paddle 处理。价格以美元计价。你授权 Paddle 从你的支付方式扣费。

3.3 Free Trial 免费试用

Pro may include a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will send a reminder email 3 days before the trial ends.

Pro 可能包含 7 天免费试用。试用结束后自动扣费，除非你提前取消。到期前 3 天发送提醒邮件。

3.4 Auto-Renewal 自动续费

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings or by contacting Paddle support. After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

订阅在每个计费周期结束时自动续费。你可以随时在账户设置中取消。取消后 Pro 功能可用至当前周期结束。

3.5 Refund Policy 退款政策

Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days. Renewal charges (after the initial subscription period) are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use 可接受使用

You agree NOT to:

• Share your Pro account credentials with others
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content (phrases, audio, lessons) for commercial purposes
• Use AI conversation practice to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content

禁止：共享 Pro 账户、使用自动化脚本、逆向工程、非法用途、干扰服务、商业复制内容、用 AI 生成有害内容。

5. Intellectual Property 知识产权

All content in the Service — including Chinese phrases, pinyin annotations, translations, audio recordings, lesson structures, and software code — is the intellectual property of Learn Chinese · Huaqiangbei Wholesale and is protected by copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

服务内所有内容（中文短语、拼音、翻译、音频、课程结构、代码）均为我们的知识产权，受版权法保护。授予你有限的、非排他的、不可转让的个人非商业教育使用许可。

6. AI Conversation Practice AI 对话陪练

Pro subscribers may access AI-powered conversation practice. Please note:

• AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may contain errors. Always verify important information.
• AI practice is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise).
• We may use anonymized conversation data to improve our AI models. Personal identifiers are removed.
• Monthly AI usage limits apply (currently 200 conversations per month for Pro). Unused conversations do not roll over.

7. Service Availability 服务可用性

We strive to make the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control (internet outages, third-party service failures, etc.).

We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible. We are not liable for any losses due to Service unavailability.

我们努力提供 24/7 服务，但不保证不间断可用。维护、更新或不可抗力期间可能不可用。不承担因服务不可用造成的损失。

8. Limitation of Liability 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for the accuracy or completeness of educational content — language learning requires practice and verification.

服务按"现状"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示担保。不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害负责。总责任不超过你过去 12 个月支付的费用。

9. Termination 终止

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion:

• Your subscription is immediately canceled (no partial refunds for the current period).
• Your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days (except data we are legally required to retain).
• Your learning progress is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. In case of termination for violation, no refund is provided.

你可以随时删除账户。删除后：订阅立即取消（当前周期不退款）、个人数据 30 天内永久删除、学习进度不可恢复。违反条款我们可能暂停或终止账户，不予退款。

10. Changes to Terms 条款变更

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

我们可能不时更新条款。重大变更提前 14 天通知。继续使用即表示接受新条款。

11. Governing Law 适用法律

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR. This does not limit any consumer protection rights you may have under your local law.

本条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖。任何争议在香港特别行政区法院解决。这不限制你根据当地法律享有的消费者保护权利。
